Who we are
Odanexus is a multi-tenant booking platform. When you book with a business that uses Odanexus, that business (the “Tenant”) is the controller of your booking information and we act as a processor on their behalf.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Booking data: appointments, services selected, phone number, and any details you provide in intake forms.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address and device/browser type.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the booking Service.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders by email and/or SMS.
- To process payments and subscriptions.
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
Service providers we share with
We share data with the following processors only as needed to run the Service:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Twilio — SMS notifications (where enabled).
- Resend — transactional email.
- OpenAI — the AI booking assistant.
- Supabase — authentication and file storage.
- MongoDB Atlas — application database.
SMS messaging
If you opt in to SMS, you may receive booking-related messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
