Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the booking platform provided by Odanexus Development Inc (“we”, “us”, “Odanexus”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service
Odanexus lets businesses (“Tenants”) manage bookings and lets customers book appointments. Tenants are responsible for their own services, pricing, cancellation policies, and the fulfillment of bookings.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Payments between Tenants and customers
Where a Tenant collects payment from a customer, that transaction is between the Tenant and the customer. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks for such payments are handled per the Tenant’s policy and Stripe’s terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
